Front desk employees should know...

Liked: The room is big and clean the only thing is the bathroom it smells like drainage
Disliked: First one lady working in front desk took 20 minutes chatting with guests even people are waiting.I booked a room with wheelchair accessible for my grand daughter but I just been given a regular one. The worst is they charge me again with resort fee that I already paid in booking.com which they even overcharge me for the amount of resort fee

Disliked: Lack of flexibility to book another night after 2 night stay. I would have expected that in the case that there is rooms availablity my request to stay an additional night would yield a more positive response.Seems as the staff has no room for decision making

Liked: The location and the surroundings were brilliant. The pool areas and the pools are great. The room was very clean and comfortable everyone staff and fellow guests were so friendly
