Disliked: Did not feel clean. Sheets did not smell fresh. There were questionable stains on the headboard and sofa.

Overall, it was a comfortable...

Liked: The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and nicely appointed. Everything was clean and it was very quiet.The bartender at the bar was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The registration staff couldn’t find my reservation and were not particularly friendly in any way. Ultimately, they did find my reservation and had to reach a manager to locate it.The HVAC system in the bedroom made a loud noise every time it turned on waking us up in the night, a couple of times.

Disliked: The valet was not very friendly

Great 3-day weekend getaway

Liked: Our breakfast at Sustenio was good, just took a bit of time since there were only 2 waiters working Saturday morning. Food was good and prices were as well. Resort grounds and common areas all well maintained and clean. Our guest room as well stocked, clean, comfortable and spacious. We were very pleased with our stay and would love to return sometime.
Disliked: More waiters during peak hours perhaps
