Superb

Disappointed with the slide height.

Liked: The pool was nice.
Disliked: One reason we stayed here was the slide. However you need to be 48 inches to ride the slide and our five year old son was a couple of inches too short. This was a huge bummer for him and me.

A nice place to stay

Liked: They had 2 pools. One for adults and one for families. Vending machines to get snacks and drinks. The staff were knowledgeable of the area and amenities.
Disliked: The carpets were dirty, the bed needed to be replaced, and the water temp was hard to control. We had to wait 4-5 mins for the water to warm up, and then it would get so hot that if we had not been paying attention, it would've seriously burned our 2 year old.

We've been here a lot...

Liked: It's beautiful, a great place to just relax, the rooms were really nice and balcony had a terrific view. The staff here is always helpful and friendly, although I recommend declining any timeshare presentations.
Disliked: There really should be more umbrellas around the large pool. The internet service is bad.
