Lovey hotel and I would...

Liked: The lobby/reception/bar area were lovely. Location was excellent. Staff was great!Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Fireplaces were lovely.
Disliked: Coffee/tea stations were not well stocked and there was no milk or creamer for half our stay. Why put our cereal for breakfast without milk?Samsung TV was the streaming option for TV.

Liked: Location of the property is ideal for walking access to Main St. The shared common areas and lounges are decorated nicely and enjoy beautiful views of the lake and peekaboo views of mountain tops. Staff were friendly - desk and continental breakfast interactions.
Disliked: Overall we enjoyed the stay and we'd consider staying here again but, in spirit of transparency, it could have been better with more attention to detail. The room could have used a proper vacuum, shower curtain unable to stop water from leaking onto the floor, probably needs a new mattress. Room 101 was loud with guests pushing luggage carts and children running down the hallway - outside noises echos in the room's short hallway through gaps in the door + no wall decorations or carpet runner to muffle sound. Consider white noise machines or addressing sound penetration.
