Overall a great place to...

Liked: The room was very clean but also extremely sparse as far a furniture and places to put thing. There is plenty of room in the room but there were no chairs, no shelves near the bathroom sink for toiletries or towel bars to hang the towel near the sink. The staff were great and friendly, clean pool area and general grounds but it is definitely in need of upgrades.
Disliked: Lack of furniture and ambiance in the room, gate to get into the pool had a real funky lock requiring you to reach over the top and pull it up. I was able to but my wife could not.

Liked: Nice and fresh rooms. Cute bathrooms
Disliked: Inconvenient rooms, no hooks to hang clothes. No common indoor area for sitting down or having a coffee. Personnel not being overly happy working there. Coffee not on time.

Liked: The room was good size, clean. I liked the pool area, especially the covered pool, which was very nice since it rained one of the days we were there.
Disliked: There was no place to hang things ( towels, bathing suits etc) in the room or the bathroom. Also there was no breakfast on the property.

Modern room with nice style

Liked: We stayed only for a night but the room was perfect, nice style and very comfortable and spacious. Great price

Cool place but would seek...

Liked: The concept of refurbishing old roadaide motels is appealing, the retro design is cool but the overall feel of the actual property remains somewhat bland.
Disliked: The price during the high season seemed excessive for the quality of the experience.

Great place. Quiet. Clean. Friendly...

Liked: Decor updated and well done. Staff came in daily, cleaned, and brought fresh towels. Many thoughtful additions in rooms including wine glasses, wine opener and higher end shampoos and soaps. We traveled with our dog and she received a treat bag upon check in. Facilities very clean. Pool area beautiful.
Disliked: No coffee in rooms. Extra $35 a night charge for dog. The AC system was a little strange. And very loud.
