Disliked: The place does not look like the pictures in the adds on line or web page this place need updated from inside the rooms and outside the complex.

Liked: WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
Disliked: I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I was asked at check in if I could wait for 30 minutes for them to clean the room. This was late in the evening. I was put in a smoking room when I specifically asked for non-smoking. The room was filthy even after they made me wait so they could clean it. The 1st night of check in I had mice crawling on me and had to sleep in my car. I was unable to get in contact with the front desk. So I checked out the following day. They told me "This is an old hotel but we can put mouse traps up for you." I was told to contact the corporate office to get a refund. They would not provide me the information to get in contact with them. I was charged $403.96 to sleep in my car on this property for one night. We are still trying to get in contact with them about a refund. It has now been over a week and we still have no answers. I left a complaint on the site and nobody will get back to us. Booking.com has tried to help. They were told to contact the front desk and then provided the wrong number. There was also another lady who had the same issue the same night that I did who was in tears. Thank goodness for the super 8 down the street. They gave this woman a free night because she had no where to go.
