Welcoming and comfortable from check...

Liked: Great atmosphere. Perfect location. Lots of space in our room. Book’s available to read was a nice touch. Bedding and towels and robes were of good quality and very clean.
Disliked: Lighting needs to be on dimmers we felt. Luckily we only had to pay for parking on the one night and we were able to park on Water Street at no charge the 2nd night.

Liked: Initial impression wasn't great. We arrived late in the evening in awful weather. You have to go through the bar to get to the small lift to take the luggage up. The room was a lovely surprise. Really spacious and very nicely furnished with a bathroom to die for. If you do want to make use of the feature bath allow plenty of time as it takes a while to fill.

Liked: Good location close to harbour. Nice bar and restaurant with good atmosphere. Food good. Rooms nice and individual with very nice bathrooms, Very helpful staff.
Disliked: bit noisy from bar late at night and rooms facing Water street as other bars open until late with music. Parking a little bit tricky and extra cost on roof of nearby building.
