Amazing
Liked: Property was great. Comfy and cozy felt like home
Disliked: The only issue we had with the property is that door for the hotel room would shake whenever the other doors closed.

Overall, the stay was great.
Liked: We loved the warm pool and the hot tub, these were amazing. The room had 3 TVs, extra pillows in every drawer, two robes were provided which we didn't use as we had brought our own, but it is a nice bonus, the room wasn't as spacious as we had expected but it had a big table and 6 chairs which was much appreciated.
Disliked: A few things: - the sauna was not warm enough, it was a least 15-20 degrees colder than expected..- a scotch bright sponge in the kitchen would be helpful; we could not wash the dishes, used dishwasher instead for like 6 plates and a few glasses. - shampoo was missing, we are old generation, used shower gel instead, no problem, as long as conditioner was there...but my teenage daughter was so upset. - there was only one blanket and three beds. that is definitely not enough. However, it was pretty warm in the room, so we didn't bother anyone.SOFA BEDS - This was a real issue:- mattresses in the sofa beds are not level when unfolded (kids had to sleep in the opposite direction) and you can feel the springs in that mattress when you lie on it, it is very uncomfortable. One of my kids had to move to sleep on the undone sofa in the den as a result...- the side gaps on the sofa bed between the mattress and the arm are too large, they have multiple metal parts sticking out. It is hard to get off that sofa bed because of the metal parts, unsafe for little kids, you can easily scratch yourself. - At a minimum, side cushions for that sofa bed MUST be added to fill in the gaps as the back/head rests were simply too large to stick in and cover those gaps. We had all sorts of trouble with that sofa bed, used our own robes to fill in and make it safer for the kids.

Liked: Staff and location was amazing! Our room was beautiful and spacious.
Disliked: Hot tub was broken. Very pricey for 1 night. Paid over $600 for 1 night.
