Good Location. Nice Staff

Liked: Location, Room, guests room close the front desk and the bar Jozo inside the hotel.
Disliked: pillows (very hard)The hotel doesn't have pedestrian acess. When we came by bus, we need walk until hotel and when we arrive there, they don't have and passage for pedestrian. And with a lot of snow, is very dificult to jump We are senior couple and we did this way a lot of time during our days at this hotel. It was so dificult for us to leave and to come back to hotel

Liked: Inn was clean, rooms were clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Loved that they had an indoor pool and multiple hot tubs outside to use. Restaurants on site served good food at reasonable prices. Staff were friendly. Location was great, village was a close walk. Would recommend and stay again.
Disliked: Have nothing bad to say about my stay. Was happy with booking.

Liked: Perfect place to spend Christmas with family, very near the village and it comes with dining vouchers and tickets for the activities. The receptionist also granted my request to put us in a room with a view. We will definitely come back!
