Liked: room was gorgeous. bed was super comfy and loved the casino

Relaxing, just don't expect much...

Liked: The hotel staff was generally pleasant and the area is beautiful. The spaces were accessible for a disabled person. In room wifi was fast enough to stream movies and television. The food at the on site sushi was good.
Disliked: The on site restaurants were a mixed bag. We tried 2 meals at "Alice's Restaurant". Dinner service was slow and inattentive but the food was reasonably good. Breakfast service was horrific, the breakfast sausage was cold, they forgot part of my wife's order, and got parts of mine wrong. It took us multiple attempts to flag down staff who acted as if the mistakes were our fault.The on site sushi bar is good but you have to go through a smoking room to get into it.

Liked: Beautiful comfy rooms, really cool zen magic marble tables in the lobby.
Disliked: No good coffee places around

Liked: The hotel was clean and the room was spacious.
Disliked: The hotel didn't offer a free breakfast and the surroundings were too industrial. The pet fee is too high and I don't believe the housekeepers do deeper cleaning because a pet was in the room.

Other than noises it would...

Liked: Room service was very prompt and decent.
Disliked: We are sensitive to noises. We thought with the hotel separate from the casino would be quiet. But we could hear the freeway and we could hear a motor running on and off. We assume it was an adjacent room HVAC unit coming on and off. We did not call the front desk. So our right to complain is limited.
