Better than expected

Liked: Our room was very spacious and clean, we liked the facilities and the walk-in shower. The room also had a big TV with streaming services which we enjoyed after a long day. There are also ChargePoint stations near the hotel if you're traveling by an EV.
Disliked: Very limited hot breakfast options (we got scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausages). The other thing is not under the hotel's control but our upstairs neighbour was extremely loud stomping around the room late at night and early in the morning. If that's an issue for you, try asking to be put on the top floor.

Liked: It was nice and well laid out as far as the floor plan for the hotel and casino goes. Having to go through the whole casino to reach restaurants is kinda odd but it still flows
Disliked: The hours for the hot tub and pool are too short. There could be an adult time after 9 pm until like 12:00 am

Liked: Awesome to be able to stay within walking distance of the concert I saw right there!
Disliked: No breakfast options on Friday morning and the latte at the "cafe" was not very good.

Great Hotel! Lousy buffet service.

Liked: The hotel was great as was the staff. Friendly and accommodating just as I hoped. Room was clean and spacious just as I needed. It was Xmas time so having so many types of Xmas trees was fun.
Disliked: I went to the buffet breakfast. I was seated and helped by the hostess. She was very sweet. Liana I think her name was. Almost 30 minutes in she asked if I had ordered ham or crepes which apparently came with it but I didn't know because the girl handling that had avoided me. I guest the hostess brought it to her attention. Another 10minutes goes by and a women came over and called me "Miss Ma'am" which I didn't appreciate but let slide. She finally came back with some kind of ham thing I've never seen before. She rudely dropped it on the table and said, "Here you go queen" WTF! Seriously offened me. I should have addressed it but didn't want to ruin my Sunday any further. I said nothing, requested my bill and did not touch whatever it was on that plate. I didn't step foot in the restaurant the rest of my stay. Disgusting behavior! Never again.
