Liked: Professional and clear staff, fast check-in. Spacious and clean room. Nice position if you go there for work, just few meter from the highway.
Disliked: Nothing to say.

Convenient hotel

Liked: Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good facilities, great location near the highway. The restaurant and breakfast was good value.
Disliked: We didn’t have air conditioning for 2 nights and had to open the windows (temp was above 27 in our room with windows closed). Lots of mosquitoes bit us through the night and we were covered in welts for over a week. Although the staff tried to help us a few times, we had a few interactions that made us feel like nobody wanted to look into the issue or be honest with us on whether it would be fixed. For a 4 star hotel, I would have expected to either be comped a night or, at the very least, receive an apology.
