Disliked: Television connection horrible. Didn’t know how to call because the book was missing pages. I finally ordered food Door dash. The staff was non caring that my food was in Lobby for 1 hour. Not there responsibly but would be nice if they would have called me. The driver told them and it had my name and room number. Just not Blossoms normal.

Terrible stay

Liked: Terrible customer service. The price is not worth the experience. Valet is rude and has no desire to move with the customer in mind. Front desk attendants were also rude and unfriendly. In addition to 250 plus a night they mandate that you valet park for an additional $49 a night. Dirty towels, shower head didn’t fully function. Hot water didn’t last long
