Gorgeous hotel with friendly staff...

Liked: Really clean and exquisite hotel! It’s beautiful and have a boutique feel to it! It’s located in a quiet area (medical district?) not too far from downtown. Guest services were very friendly and check in was smooth! Valet is pretty expensive at $47 + tax per night. I did make a request for yellow roses in the room before arrival. It is very disappointing they could not make this happen as they promised.

Overall, pleasant and comfortable.

Liked: Location, rooms were spacious and staff were amazing.
Disliked: Valet parking was a turn off, for the price breakfast should be included.
