Liked: Wonderful stay, staff and amenities. I want to stay there every time I travel to Paris for work.

Nice but very expensive.

Liked: Great location. Nice clean hotel with very nice spa facilities.
Disliked: I requested a street view balcony one week ahead of my arrival and was assured that this would be possible but we were not giving this option upon arrival. Some staff were also rude when asked questions, so we were reluctant to ask for any help or directions when getting out and around.

Liked: Loved the staff who were super friendly. The hotel was lovely. We had to pay an extra 40 euros per night to upgrade to a room of the same size but different layout. The first was not good. The breakfast was expensive so we didn't have it and went to buy fresh pastries around the corner at 10% of the cost.
Disliked: That there was only one staff member on reception when we arrived. He was absolutely lovely and her;pful but was on the phone for quite a` long time when we arrived so we just stood at reception tired with my 11 year old. Then we wanted to change the room and came back down and waited 20 mins as he was away from reception. He was obviously helping another guest so its not his fault but it made the check in long.

Liked: I love everything, comfort, clean, location is perfect, breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very helpfull.
Disliked: Pillows. The pillows is too thin and small for my liking.
