Wouldn't return

Liked: Great location. Good-size bedroom
Disliked: The maid went in and left the door to the room open. Thankfully I got back from a quick run and nothing was missing (only the trash had been taken, so that's why I assume it was the maid). This is unacceptable No one at reception, no clear instructions. I had to wait several minutes outside until someone opened up

Liked: no warm water??? we just ask for a warm water
Disliked: the staff do not help us to give a litlle warm water for my medicine, it was a litlle cold to sleep near the window, the hotel is build in a basement of a house
