Liked: This is a very nice hotel with a great restaurant. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. I especially appreciated the elevator.
Disliked: It seemed a little pricey compared to other places we stayed.

Great hotel, welcoming staff and...

Liked: Our European road trip took us through Trier, and we stayed overnight here to freshen up, having heard good things about the restaurant and brewery beers. Our stay was great, the staff all very welcoming, we had an amazing meal in the restaurant (many locals eat here, which is a good sign) and we had plenty of lovely beers. The rooms were fine, there was ample parking on site, and an honesty beer fridge in the lobby area (something we have not seen before....!).
Disliked: Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room, and some still water (only sparkling provided free of charge).

Liked: Lovely typical German building with very attractive outdoor space, good parking facility and easily accessible to town centre (walking or bus)Food and service very good and on site brewery making excellent beer

Liked: Great location for an overnight stay on a long trip.Nice beergarden and restaurant.

Liked: Nice location not far from the center of Trier in a quiet neighborhood close to wine hills! Attentive staff and great breakfast, nice restaurant area outside.
Disliked: Relatively small rooms without a/c which can get a bit warm in summer. A small fridge would be appreciated too...
