Pleasant

Liked: Very conveniently close to Cork & Mallow. Christmas decorations are beautiful, room is very comfortable and warm. Gentleman on check in was great and helpful!
Disliked: Lady at breakfast was a disappointment. There was no customer service, not a smile not a hello. Very rude and abrupt which is the last thing I wanted to see in the morning so I skipped breakfast the second morning..

Lovely competitely priced newly refurbished...

Liked: Breakfast was very good loved the choice and being served
Disliked: Curtain over Bath for shower and it would be nice if there was a bar in the actual hotel. I know there was one beside it but a hotel one would make it perfect

Disliked: We went to the bar for a drink but there were no seats so had to go elsewhere
