Superb

Liked: The location, the building itself, and it was very quiet so we could sleep undisturbed.
Disliked: I don’t like a shower in the bathtub, it’s uncomfortable. I would prefer a shower on its own.

Superb

Liked: Lovely tranquill hotel. Staff very nice room & facilities very good. Breakfast amazing. Also bar food menu on site very convenient.
Disliked: Only issue on Sunday morning breakfast waitress told me she was too busy to get me a coffee @ breakfast. Otherwise staff were lovely.

Classy hotel great atmosphere and...

Liked: The quality of the welcome and the very comfortable accommodation and the memories, my father aged 13 had worked in the hotel when it was a mill
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike the hotel has style and my 90 year old mother was delighted to be here

Very good

Liked: Reception staff accommodated our request for a vase, and provided us with a free upgrade on arrival.
Disliked: Flooding in bathroom - this was promptly addressed by staff however
