Decent clean hotel with basic...

Liked: Decent hotel near Baker Street and tube. We came earlier then expected check in and our room was ready. Staff was nice and Nespresso coffee in room was a bonus. Family room for 3 people is not spacious but if you're coming as a tourist, you're not going to spend much time in room anyway.
Disliked: Breakfast is basic but staff made sure that there are always fresh fried eggs and croissants. Suggestion for hooks in bathroom as there's nowhere to hang towels, except on the radiator.

Disliked: Extremely small rooms, breakfast variety is limited, no service phones in the rooms, towels are small, curtain was not covering the window fully, allowing lights to come in which bothered us while sleeping

Liked: Breakfast was ok can’t say any more than that , eggs are left out too long
Disliked: Lift was very small, rusty looking mirrors in the lift gave poor look apart from that everything else was ok
