Exceptional

Liked: Firstly I was impressed with the look of the building, and then the inside was even more special. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty.
Disliked: The only thing that was a slight problem is finding where the entrance is. If it had been raining I would have got pretty wet.

Passable

Would stay again. Good enough...

Liked: Nice, clean, warm room. Large car park, good food and service.
Disliked: Unfortunately the lift did not work. We are puzzled why double bed has only one side light. It will be improvement if gusts have instructions how to operate heating. The breakfast is possible, but no any kind of pastry.

A great hotel I will...

Liked: The food was outstanding. The Staff in the Restaurant both breakfast and dinner were very friendly and chatty. What I also liked was you are provided with more than enough tea and coffee in the room. The rooms are spacious and immaculate.
Disliked: Have stayed here a number of times and always enjoyed it. The service at the bar and in the restaurant (including breakfast) was excellent, friendly with a smile and conversation but the girls on Reception struggled to lift their heads up to acknowledge my arrival, any questions and departure. That was disappointing.
