Originally built in the 1800's Blakes Manor Self Contained Heritage Accommodation offers free Wi-Fi and communal BBQ facilities. All suites feature a kitchenette with a stove. Surrounded by lovely spacious gardens Blakes Manor B&B is 2 minutes' drive from central Deloraine. It is 20 minutes' drive from Mole Creek. Launceston Airport is 40 minutes' drive away. Each of the heritage-style suites features Victorian décor. All rooms include a sofa a TV and a DVD player. Each has a private a bathroom with a shower hairdryer and free toiletries. Upon arrival guests receive a free breakfast pack with provisions for their first morning's breakfast only.

Liked: Hosts, Georgia & Peter are such wonderful hosts. They provide a 'home away from home' with everything you could ever want..On arrival, we were given a loaf of delicious home baked bread. The fruit platter & breakfast supplies are also a lovely gesture. Denise and Graeme

Friendly, helpful hosts. Excellent, comforatable...

Liked: A lovely, comfortable ensuite room in heritage style but with all the modern amenities. On arrival we were welcomed by our hosts and presented with a freshly baked loaf of bread. The fridge had cheese and biscuits, juice, milk and butter. There were chocolates and a carafe of port as well. The property is located in a quiet area but still within easy walking distance of shops, cafes pubs and the theatre.
Disliked: Having to leave. We could easily have spent several days here. We'll be back.

Liked: The Location was perfect for our needs as we were exploring Deloraine and surrounds. The breakfast was amazing...we will be returning if only for that hot fresh bread. Our accommodation was more than adequate for our needs. The little things like the sherry
