Liked: The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing springs to mind.

A delightful stay in central...

Liked: Very friendly check-in staff, and their Junior Suite is definitely an above average size room for central London. Buffet breakfast was really good, and the overall appearance and maintenance of the property is a high standard. Will definitely look at staying here again in the future.
Disliked: Nothing.

Nice stay in London

Liked: Our room, junior triple room, was of very good size, which we could open all of our luggage at the same time. Walkable distance to a few tube stations like Bayswater and Paddington.
Disliked: Our room was on the first floor, however, it's at M floor, i.e. we still needed to carry our luggage down half flight of stairs and up another half flight of stairs, a point to consider for those carrying heavy luggage.

Good stay in London.

Liked: The location was good, walkable distance to a few tube stations, like Bayswater and Paddington. Breakfast was routine English BF, can be very crowded especially during weekends. We booked Junior Triple room, spacious for 3 of us and we could open all our luggage at the same time, good size inside city centre indeed.
Disliked: Our room was on the first floor, however, it's at M floor, i.e. we still needed to carry our luggage down half flight of stairs and up another half flight of stairs, a point to consider for those carrying heavy luggage.

Good ambience

Liked: The hotel ambience was nice and the room was lovely. Staff were friendly and polite and the location of the hotel meant it was easy to get into and out of central London itself.
Disliked: The bed wasn't brilliantly comfortable and more continental variety avaliable at breakfast. What was there was adequate, but more choice would have been better.
