Liked: Central, comfy beds , polite staff
Disliked: Rooms are located by a train so you hear it go past window every couple minutes, food is either over or under cooked , no fresh air is allowed in room as you can’t open windows or even see out windows

Liked: Comfortable clean room, good location for Paddington
Disliked: No info in the room at all regarding room cleaning or air con or breakfast times and prices (there was a do not disturb light but it took me ages to find it)Staff were arguing at the front desk when we checked in. Not a great first impression
