Highly recommended

Liked: Great location. Gracious and attentive staff. Clean, quiet and convenient area near restaurants. And there are working elevators! I took a cab to/from Paddington Station because I had a medium size luggage.
Disliked: Some areas are fully updated. Others areas can still use an update.
