Disappointing

Liked: Man at front desk was very nice.
Disliked: Next door people had 3 large dogs that barked… a lot. Room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Ice machine broken and took awhile to get some. WEIRD jacuzzi tub in bathroom.

Desk clerk was very personable

Disliked: We stayed here in September of 2023 and it was amazing! Clean, lots of people, great breakfast. I don’t know if they got new owners but it was terrible in November 2024!

Liked: Room was very clean and did not touch any of our personal items when cleaning the room. Lobby and rest of building was clean and staff was friendly.
Disliked: Had breakfast but was not very good or fresh. We have stayed there several times over the last few yrs and breakfast was always great.

Liked: The beds were comfortable. Location was good. The front desk attendant when we arrived was helpful.
Disliked: Much of the property was in disrepair and needed to be fixed, replaced or repaired. The employee responsible for the front desk and the kitchen in the morning was half asleep in a chair in the lobby and did not get out of her chair to help us find supplies in the kitchen or help us with checkout. There was one plate in the kitchen. We had to look through the cupboards to find more. The waffle irons had not been turned on, the raisins in the raisin bran were old and hard. The eggs were not very hot. The waffles were doughy and tasted sour like the batter had been sitting around too long.
