Disliked: Check in process took an age, have contacted hotel to report an incident regarding our vehicle left in the car park overnight, no response, had to notify police

Great hotel

Liked: The hotel was clean and the bed was AMAZING.... super comphy.The hotel is a great location for both the town and obviously the football club.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Location, bar, bed size.
Disliked: The card key system. Had to keep renewing it. Cleaner let us in eventually. Shower soaked the floor, poorly fitted shower seal on door, shower head not tight enough. Bar price was different every time for the same round. Slow service.
