Disliked: Air conditioning was extremely noisy - constant dripping number, had to turn it off. Room 339.

Disappointing

Disliked: Asked for a twin room, but double bed, had to go and ask for sofa to be made up, no towels, and bathroom completely flooded when the shower on, room needed a good clean, and the cups were filthy with dust. Staff seemed couldn't be bothered to help, and blamed booking.com for mix up of the room, said we should have booked direct. The area is awful, if I'd been on my own, I wouldn't have been able to walk to the centre, beach etc. A very run down, dirty and dodgy area, lots os drugs around. Oh and the mattress on the sofa felt like it's, about 20 years old, and very uncomfortable and lumpy.

Liked: It was disappointing to hear it was £10 per dog not £10 per stay as we were informed by email. Wasn’t allowed to take the dogs into the restaurant, luckily for the dogs it was not the nicest restaurant and we got a Greggs from down the road, much nicer! It was sad to see how run down Blackpool is, I had fond memories as a child there and I will not be going back!

Very enjoyable and somewhere totally...

Liked: Loved that my son was so excited to stay at a football ground. being able to look onto the pitch even with no game. Rooms very clean. Plenty of tea and coffee also more available when requested
Disliked: £10 a day to park I thought was expensive when staying free parking should be included in the price. Normally what I look for when booking but I over looked this with this hotel.
