This is one of the...

Disliked: I travel often for work and this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. We arrived after 2pm and asked for an early check in. We were told that it was not possible as the room wasn’t available and it was a busy weekend. We thought that was odd as there were 6 cars in the parking lot, including ours. I understand hotel check in policies so ok, whatever. We come back at 4. We get our room and it’s freezing cold. It is clear the heat hasn’t been on for days. We are annoyed, but we turn the heat on. I went to hang my coat in the closet and noticed a dirty towel on the floor of the closet. I look around and notice that the room wasn’t very clean and called the front desk. They came and collected the dirty towel and offered a new room, but if this was the standard, I figured it wouldn’t be any different in another room and politely declined. At this point, I don’t even want to stay here, but I give it another chance. After using the pool, we wanted to shower before going out for dinner. After 5 minutes of running the hot water, the water was still cold. I called the front desk and they said “sorry we’ll turn the boiler plate on.” Why was it off??? An employee came to our room to check it and let us know that the hotel is empty so they’ve had it off. If the hotel is empty, why couldn’t we check in 1.5 hours early? Walking into a freezing cold room in early winter, with no hot water to shower, and dirty towels in the closet is beyond unacceptable. This place is disgusting. They also have a check out time of 10:00 AM and told us that a late check out was not possible as it’s a “busy weekend.”. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that had an earlier check out than 11:00. I would not recommend staying here and will never stay here again. This hotel is disgusting and the customer service is awful.

Very Central Accommodation in Whistler

Liked: Very central location Good to have parking included for day of departure and to get reasonable day rates.Happily received an upgrade to a balcony room
Disliked: It is all a little dated and tired - but location makes up for that

Disliked: Late check in and early check out, no towels in the room. AC was not working properly. Keys pads was not working 2 hours before your check out time.
