Poor customer service

Liked: Weren't made to feel welcome. Woman on reception spoke too quick, didn't say enjoy your stay or explain the restaurant or what time breakfast was or if we required it. Didn't ask purpose of our stay in order to offer directions Poor customer service unfortunately.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Great location, amazing staff and a nice place to stay in Liverpool. We also liked the food in the pub that is located in the same building as the hotel.It was also great that we could let out luggages at the hotel a few more hours after the check out.
Disliked: When we checked in we were informed that they don’t clean the rooms during the stay and we have to ask at the pub for things like extra toilet paper.

Liked: Location was good and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom light didn’t work and window didn’t open.

Nice budget stay in good...

Liked: Great location, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go to. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Windows were a bit draughty.

Was a nice stay, but...

Liked: Room very clean
Disliked: Room was a bit on the small side, windows very old and draughty.Pub very busy as we arrived on Sunday afternoon, so we were given no info regarding WiFi or breakfast time etc.On checking out following morning place was closed and we had to knock on window to hand in key.
