Liked: Very friendly staff; great location; excellent breakfast; comfortable bed
Disliked: One morning breakfast service was slow because there wasn't enough staff. Still friendly though.

Liked: great location right by shops and tube station. lovely room comfy beds, quiet for central london too. complimentary breakfast was very tasty. i’m fussy and i loved it!!
Disliked: nothing!

Blackbird everytime

Liked: Location can't be beaten, breakfast is amazing. Rooms are super quiet considering we're on a busy road and above a busy bar. We have stayed here many times and the staff are all great.
Disliked: This is the only time we didn't stay in the indulgence room(orpen), it was small with a large bathroom which we used for getting ready as the room was too small.

Liked: Great location, near the Tube, absolute fabulous breakfast and very nice staff!!
Disliked: The room is small which we knew, the bed comfortable but very cosy (read small) :-)
