Convenient, nice place, staff friendly

Liked: Convenient for underground. Nice pub on ground floor
Disliked: Could hear very loud snoring from room above ir below. My room backed into stairwell

A small and cozy hotel...

Liked: Room was very nice, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the pub downstairs was great fun, and the food was excellent. I always stay at hotels that have a pub or restaurant downstairs - so convenient. The breakfast (included) was always delicious.
Disliked: The only thing I can think of is that the pillows were a little firm for my liking.

Great base for exploring London.

Liked: The location, staff and cleanliness of the room were all excellent. Breakfast in the dining room was excellent and service was faultless.
Disliked: The room was on the small side but well equipped.

Exceptional

Liked: The room is not super large (as all the other hotels in center London) but very compact and has everything we needed. We had a lovely room on the top floor. The little cute details in the room are really cool! We've been dining in the restaurant, the food is super delicious. So does the breakfast, which was a highlight of our stay.
Disliked: If we just allow ourselves to be a little picky, we would love to have more tap beer choice in the bar :)

The experience was fine until...

Liked: Breakfast, when we were served…
Disliked: The experience was fine until the last morning. A staff member was very rude about breakfast. We were told breakfast was available until 10:30am on our first day. On our last day we requested breakfast before we left at 10:15am and were aggressively told it was over whilst the pub was full of people it eating. What a disgusting way to treat guests.

Liked: Good location for my purposes.
Disliked: Nothing apart from the slow lift.

Well equipped room for a...

Liked: The property’s location - across the road from Earls court. Clean room , despite being a small room had all the facilities we needed.
Disliked: Lots of street noise ! although we knew it was on a main road. The internal doors inside the room and bathroom are heavy fire doors but they are really noisy , especially in the middle of the night.
