The experience was fine until...

Liked: Breakfast, when we were served…
Disliked: The experience was fine until the last morning. A staff member was very rude about breakfast. We were told breakfast was available until 10:30am on our first day. On our last day we requested breakfast before we left at 10:15am and were aggressively told it was over whilst the pub was full of people it eating. What a disgusting way to treat guests.

Well equipped room for a...

Liked: The property’s location - across the road from Earls court. Clean room , despite being a small room had all the facilities we needed.
Disliked: Lots of street noise ! although we knew it was on a main road. The internal doors inside the room and bathroom are heavy fire doors but they are really noisy , especially in the middle of the night.

I would return and recommend.

Liked: Beautiful room, decent coffee machine with a bottle of milk instead of small plastic pots. Lovely size shower and products ! A mirror that you could see yourself full length. Loved the decor - better than I thought it would be ! Stunning breakfast room away from the main bar which felt lovely ! Friendly staff .
Disliked: It was all perfect for the occasion .

Nice hotel, good food, use...

Liked: We were staying with our two year old and the cot was ready when we arrive. The pub downstairs has really good food. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and adequate. The room was quiet enough even though the property is above the pub and on a busy street but we stayed on a Sunday night, it might be more noisy on a Friday or Saturday.
Disliked: The lift broke when we are going up to our room. We have to be evacuated from the lift. It was a big thing but the lift itself was 2 year old and we’re told that it’s the first time that happened. They serve a free dinner as an apology. Other than the lift accident, the only negative I could say, only one coffee or tea included in the breakfast.

A disappointing, uncomfortable stay with...

Liked: While I was researching nearby hotels to attend the fair at Olympia London, I saw the excellent reviews of this hotel and its 4-star rating, so I specifically wanted to stay here and didn't look for any other hotels. In terms of location, it was in an area where I could be really close to both the fair and the city.
Disliked: I stayed in the Alfred Hitchcock room, and my experience was absolutely terrible—beyond disappointing. The room, located on the top floor, was unbearably cold, with an air conditioner that didn’t function in heating mode. I woke up shivering on the first night and fell ill. Despite raising the issue on the second day, no solution was provided. To make matters worse, the water completely shut off while I was in the shower. I had to request extra blankets and quilts just to get some sleep.The staff showed zero concern for customer satisfaction. Even a simple request for a TV remote was ignored despite their promise to bring one. I originally booked a three-night stay, but my experience was so dreadful that I had to leave after the second night. I had to book another hotel. Despite this, I was denied any refund. When I brought it up at checkout on February 6, I was told the manager would make the final decision and that I would be definitely contacted—but today is February 10, and I have yet to hear anything. The night I didn’t stay remains unrefunded.Trusting the misleading reviews was a costly mistake. This hotel is nowhere near a true 4-star standard. The misleading reviews led me to make a terrible choice, and I deeply regret staying here.
