Managers attitude was less than...

Liked: Inn was lovely. Breakfast was great one day and awful the next.
Disliked: There were ear plugs in the bathroom and when the dumb waiter right outside the room starts in the morning you know why, plus the street is noisy, so it would be nice to mention that information pertaining to this room. Also we came back on a cold rainy night and I couldn't get the fireplace to work, the answering service got the manager on the phone for me and she was like, yeah that happens, so just try it again later or go get the space heater out of the living room. She was in her car and very dismissive of my need to get it to work. When I said ok but I will call you back if I can't get it to come on, it was obvious she wasn't going to do anything else about it. So because of her we will not be back, as there are plenty of places to stay in Napa that have better customer service.

Liked: The location was great for walking out for breakfast and to the station for the wine train. The property was easy to find. parking was right out side the room. Walls were thick and the room was quite. Absolutely LOVED the fireplace in the room and the large tub. the staff was very responsive to the text messages.
Disliked: the room was very comfortable but dated.
