Such welcoming hosts. We just wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back!

Liked: Friendly owners, good breakfast. Ideally placed for what we wanted.
Disliked: I prefer a bath, but the small bathroom meant only a shower could be fitted but that cannot be changed so a small price to pay for an excellent stay.

Cosy home from home facilities...

Liked: Spacious stable conversion with extra seating. Dog friendly throughout Short drive to Lincoln, in a quiet location. Really lovely owners who made us feel extremely at home. Wonderful cooked breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble Comfy beds and warm room.
Disliked: Everthing was really lovely so nothing stood out .. not to like. If there was anything .. I would suggest a doormat when you step in from the outside .. it was a wet weekend and there’s nothing to protect the carpet from mud/water/leaves etc. shower ran very hot and very cold. ( could’ve been down to the operator not knowing how it worked !!) Tv reception was poor. But we didn’t really watch tv so it wasn’t a problem.

Liked: Super welcome and staff, lots of nice extras we didn't expect such as tissues, shower cap etc.Outstanding breakfast. A good night's sleep. Easy car parking.We chose here over a travelodge which was the same price but didn't include breakfast. No regrets.
Disliked: We were in room 3 which would benefit from some updating.
