Unforgettable!

Liked: The receptionist Romana was amazing, even before arrival contact and hospitality was on the highest level. Upgraded our apartment, helped me to arrange roses for my fiance. Huge smile, easy contact and useful info about the city. Together with the atmosphere of the hotel she made our short stay unforgettable. She should get a raise!!!Thank you❤️

Liked: The hotel and staff were cute and nice. We were lucky to have a big room - maybe because I asked for it before coming ;-)
Disliked: I didn't appreciate the location - it was in the sea of tourists. Next time I'll be sure to book a place on the outskirts of the very busy center ;-)

Liked: This is a hidden gem in the middle of Prague. So close to all the major attractions but still quiet and secluded. The staff couldn't have been better and the room was very comfortable.
Disliked: Everything was top class.

Disliked: The room was dark, no light was coming from the windows, even in the morning. The room was noisy and when the hotel entrance door was opened the sound of closing door was waking me up. Internet connection was bad in the room.
