Liked: Fireplaces and lobby were beautiful
Disliked: The mattress was very soft and sunk in in the middle.

A perfect place to stay...

Liked: The rooms were fantastic and the beds were comfy. The facilities were great and the food was tasty. We liked the location as it was ~15 minute drive to where we wanted to go each day.
Disliked: It would be good for a bar to be kid friendly for certain times. There are a lot of families visiting but nowhere to sit and have a drink while the kids play, which is common in resorts.

Liked: It was modern, comfortable, the condo inside the hotel is an amazing option for a family. The spa was very good
Disliked: That they don’t clean daily the room, no good coffee at the hotel, only Starbucks, the steam room was closed for the whole week.

Liked: Mia was very accommodating and the shuttle service guys were exceptional. They took us around all the popular sites which I really appreciated.
Disliked: That there weren’t as many activities to do around the resort areas
