Liked: Everything was wonderful. The bartender and desk agents were both delightful and informative. The facilities were very nice and the rooms were excellent. We very much enjoyed our one night here at Black Hotels Koln.
Disliked: Honestly nothing. Everything at the hotel was very well appointed and the snack served with our beer from the bar was a very nice addition.

Stylish hotel with good breakfast...

Liked: The rooms are huge with a bathtub on the second level. The staff members were great, helpful and attentive. The design is definitely a big plus point and they build pretty much everything around it. The beds were comfy and breakfast was great.
Disliked: It needs some maintenance. I understand that they want the full black design and to get that they improvised here and there. For example in the showers they should have used stone tiles instead of some plastic whatever tiles. Also the paint job was here and there done poorly (for example the ventilation in the bathroom).
