Wasn’t what I’d hoped for...

Disliked: Booked with intention of it being my break and wanting to swim. Picked location because pool seemed kid friendly but it wasn’t open when we arrived. Was not notified of this default or id have canceled that reservation.

Liked: Price and Location. Balcony view.
Disliked: Hair in sheets.No kleenex in room. Ran out of toilet paper. Called the desk they said they would bring. No body wash in shower. The dispenser was empty as well as lotion. The sent a text to check on stay...I text them what we were out of. They respond someone would be up correct. Didn't show all weekend. No presence of any housekeeping as hallways had tons of debris entire stay same trash. If you're gonna say a Tapestry hotel, you have walk the talk. I have stayed here several times in the past and haven't been for a few years. Really went downhill with standards. Can't stay somewhere that is unsanitary. No trust...

It was a wonderful stay

Liked: The location was close to the island. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable.
Disliked: Liked everything

Perfect location, Perfect stay!

Liked: The location was great, right in the middle of the Parkway. Plenty of parking, check-in was very quick, desk clerk asked what floor we wanted the room, free coffee in lobby, super clean.
Disliked: Really dont have any negatives, everything worked out well.
