It was ok nothing really...

Liked: The location it was close to everything
Disliked: The last time I stayed there was a drunk guy passed out in front of my door and I had got locked inside my room because the cops had came I had asked to switch rooms and got told no while another lady asked to switch rooms because she didn’t like hers and was able to switch

Disappointing

Disliked: The standard heat system in the room didn't work right, another porrable unit was in there, but that was very loud, and cold air was still blowing in the window. We had no phone either and when we informed them, we still didn't get one. Hot tub water was overflowing out of the pool, was not able to enjoy.

Just a quick overnight with...

Liked: This trip we travelled without our pets so we finally got to stay on an upper floor, the rooms are just as clean and spacious. We always stay here because the staff is very welcoming and it's close to the mall.
Disliked: No complaints. The screen was torn on our window, but it didnt matter since there was an inner and outer window. We are sad that there is no availablilty for our next trip to Bismarck and we have to stay somewhere else.

Bad

Disliked: They did not return the $100 hold they had on my card. Instead they took it and said that I had a pet in which I did not. I have called two times and stopped in once and still have not heard anything back from the manager. A hotel cannot just fasely accuse you of having a pet and take your money. That is corrupt business, and stealing. I have never traveled with a pet. It's as if housekeeping gets a kickback if they lie and have more of your money taken. Also, we cleaned the room very well before we left, so they would have less work to do. I would have left a good review because it was all pleasant, until they took my money and falsely accused me of something to justify their thievery.
