Liked: This was our second time staying here and we had a different room which was smaller but a lovely room, bed was comfortable and it was lovely and quiet.Loved the swimming pool and hot tub, unfortunately did not have time to use the gym this time.The breakfast was delicious and had a nice selection.
Disliked: We had the cosy room which was lovely but unfortunately the bed was a little short and my feet stuck out the bottom, but I tucked my legs up to stop them hanging out and the bed was very comfortable.The light switches in the room were very annoying as instead of one switch there were lots of buttons and we were forever pushing to get lights on and off, ended up just using bed side lamps.Marked down one point on staff as the receptionist when we checked in was not very welcoming found her very cold and abrupt, which was a complete contrast to last time when we arrived, such a shame as all other staff were lovely.

Liked: Lovely room with a garden v clean ,taken by Sophie Receptionist to room which was in an annexe from main part of hotel room had lounge and tv then upstairs bed and bathroom
Disliked: Didn't know we were not in main hotel though not a problem was v cold and needed a coat to get to dining room for breakfast and dinner
