It could have been an...

Liked: The property is at a great location off the busy main street, so it is quiet. It is adjacent to the peaceful city park. The pricepoint was good.
Disliked: Although the room was updated, the flooring was uneven and the bed was somewhat uncomfortable.

It's not fancy but it's...

Liked: The owner spaces out the units. We have had a unit that's quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: Management didn’t pick up phone calls.
