It was frightening and freezing!

Liked: The location and building
Disliked: The room had NO heat! The front desk had no one available at 9:38 pm on Saturday to ask for heater. Waited and buzzed 10 minutes. The restaurant sent us away the manager Paul was aggressive and scary. He strong armed me, held me in a body lock whilst waving a lighter at me saying “until I was quiet, I could not leave”. I have a witness. When I mentioned I was with a friend who was Scottish, he called me ravist. Huh? I was in a land w my proud Scottish friend. I was terrorized, traumatized and scared. I asked to leave but never got an answer. I have photo of broken heater vent.
