Good
Liked: I liked the electric heater that was already in the room. Was cosy and warm all night thank you. The bathroom was clean. The staff were welcoming.
Disliked: The carpet did not look clean. Needed hovering. There were marks on the floor.

A little dated, but friendy,...
Liked: Lady on reception was friendly.Room was satisfactory - it is no frills but so is the price.nice toiletries.
Disliked: The room I stayed in was a bit tired and dated, and down a long corridor which smelled slightly damp. The room was OK, one of the lights wasnt working. But the bed was comfy and it was fine for the price. I would stay again.

It was ok room 131
Liked: The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was very good and plentiful if you wished . Car parking is free and I sensed good security with outdoor cameras and security gates
Disliked: The room was clean but the carpet was rippled and only just met the grippers. On my side of the bed , was a red stain and generally the carpet looked dirty. The furniture looked old and tired with missing wardrobe handles. For the limited time we were there it was ok. But I would consider a holiday Inn or Premier Inn maybe next time due to the standard of the room.
