Liked: Right on the lagoon - incredible location, fresh baked muffins in the morning was excellent, bikes available, canoes maybe available if so it would be great to paddle in the lagoon, you can walk on the beach front
Disliked: If you have to leave in the morning and take the Highway 1 to Victoria , Ferries and airport - you need to leave early around 7am as the highway traffic is very heavy

Liked: Beautiful location directly at the lake, very cosy room and very well equipped. The fireplace made it extra comfortable during the winter visit. The hosts baked some muffins for me even though I just stayed one night, didn't expect that.

Disliked: Had the budget suite. Window looks into the carport, and blinds that were awkward to close. So had to shut the bathroom door (closet style) for privacy and it wouldn't open afterwards. Had a moment of panic to open it. After had time to figure out the blinds.It's tiny room with like 3 channels on TV. There's no walk along the water at this location, nothing to do.
