Would stay again next time...

Liked: Great rooms, clean and comfortable. We were a large group in town for a festival performance and it suited our needs perfectly.

DID NOT STAY, LOCKED OUT....

Liked: NOTHING! Motel was not staffed and could not access room. Smelly dirty overgrown grounds. Pool was green and filthy surrounded by weeds and broken furniture. DUMP
Disliked: EVERYTHING. Still branded as Kanimbla motel, NOT Birch. Recommend Booking . com disassociates with this disaster.

Disliked: Motel was nothing like it was advertised, it was run down and dingy. We actually didn’t end up staying there because we didn’t feel comfortable.

Unclean place wouldn't recommend at...

Liked: Honestly, there is nothing to like here.
Disliked: The accommodation was unclean.The place is covered in dust, windows are full of rubbish dirt and dust making it hard to open and close them Whilst the sheets were clean and clean towels were provided the lack of cleanliness was off putting. Cobwebs on the ceilings The showers are full of mould. Bath tubs were not clean, full of dust and dirt. I had to ask to change rooms as the first room I was put in had unclean mirrors and benches, and a non-slip bath matt which was on the floor was infested with mould and mildew When I brought it to the lady's attention she offered me another room and whilst I was trying to be nice I did mention that I believed the cleanliness was not the best her response was she was the cleaner and that she was looking after a year 2 year old and a nine month old No disrespect however when you are paying to stay somewhere and you are paying good money you expect the place to be clean and well maintained This is far from the case here. The lady who runs the place presentation was also not professional, and the signage to the place doesn't even reflect the name. The signage actually says Kanimbla Motor in as per photo attached. This review comes off the back of me asking booking.com to get me compensation for this bad experience, and the hotel declined to even pay 1c back See photos attached I wouldn't recommend staying here it is unclean and the care factor was not there at all.

Liked: Price was good and ability to have a room that allowed all 4 guests to have their own bed
Disliked: There wasn't enough knives and forks to have one per guest. The was no additional toilet paper and a half roll when we arrived. We needed to resort to out own tissues in the middle of the night as toilet paper
