Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: My room had very thin walls, could hear my neighbours walking in their rooms, impossible to sleep with such noise. Patches on the carpet and a bit of mould in the bathroom.

Liked: Quite clean, bed suitable, nice breakfast. Helpful staff.
Disliked: Room layout not really suitable for two despite it being a double room. No room for bedside tables, there was one corner shelf unit higher up though, no lamp (we were told it should have been there) . Built in coats closet helpful, but was positioned in a way that the door opening didn't allow room for a much-needed bedside cabinet on that side of bed, suggest they just need to reposition the closet to fix this. Cramped space where the tea/coffee table/chair were placed. There was a bit of space along one side wall where they could have placed a small table/suitcase rest perhaps, which would help (suggestion)Bathroom had a water leak the next morning from a boxed in area above the sink. To be fair, this didn't happen the evening we arrived. When leak was reported, staff member was very concerned and gave us her name and card, so a very helpful response.
