Disliked: Dated, very creepy vibes, old locks don’t feel secure, very dusty/dirty in areas, bed not comfy. No plug sockets by the bed.

Liked: Total refund issued by apologetic management following my emailed complaint.
Disliked: Shower door broken.Shower tray drain blocked and flooded bathroom quickly.Heating not working. When reported to reception I was told they were aware of issue and offered me a noisy desk heater. Reception staff told me to email my complaint.

Disliked: NO plugs in bathroom?? Don't understand why? Breakfast served bit to quickly as no time to eat cereals or continental first.

Disliked: the mattress was not comfortable at all ,the breakfast was cold i sent it back they gave me another one but it overcooked and pretty tasteless so didn't eat much of it we should of stayed on birch services it would been much better for the same money
