So bad I did not...

Liked: I did not stay ! Still waiting for a refund from birch hill , I was charged at the location!
Disliked: The room was a live in was not clean no tv thermostat was hanging out of wall ! Was very nasty no bedding ! This was flop house not a hotel !

Disliked: Smell of urine and couldn't take my dog in the elevator, we were on the 3rd floor and I suffer from chronic pain.

Liked: I didn’t like anything about this property.
Disliked: The room was filthy, the entry door did not lock and the face that people just hang out in the parking lot drinking and working on cars made me feel uneasy.

Ok.

Liked: The location was nice and the staff was great.
Disliked: The property wasn’t cleaned very well. There was other peoples hair in the shower. There was some kind of fluid splattered all over the wall , the floor was not swept. I understand it’s an extended stay place , but it should still be cleaned properly.
