The water took a while to get hot, but that's all I could find that wasn't good. It was clean and quiet and comfortable. Great bang for your buck. It's no Hilton, but for the price, it's really hard to beat!

Disliked: Honestly, we didn’t like anything of the property. We could not get new towels or new linen during our entire stay. The reason was per the staff that she was in mobile and you only get one set when you first arrive and that is it. The property was disgusting despite people mopping, right as you walk in. There were a lot of drug users, loud music, dogs running through the property at night, etc. There are no non-smoking rooms so every single room was filled of cigarette smoke. It was the worst experience we’ve ever had.

Disliked: I tried to cancel the booking at the hotel and I have not yet received my refund.

Disliked: The staff locked us out in the middle of the night. Then was clearly ignoring our phone calls until my boyfriend called the Kansas City location. It's also illegal to ask for proof of service animal certification.

Disliked: Called to say we were a few hours away and was told they were getting ready to call me because there was no rooms. I explained I had a confirmation number and had booked 2 months prior. They said it didn't matter they had extended stay for someone. YOU DO NOT EXTEND STAY WHEN YOU HAVE CONFIRMED ROOMS BOOKED!!! I do reservations and know that is not customer care. We had to stay 2 hours away to go to the football game. NOT HAPPY with this experience.
