Liked: Staff was very kind and friendly. The receptionist made us an upgrade. After the check out we left the luggages in a special room as long as we needed. It was very helpful.

Excellent with perfect location -...

Liked: What was not to like!! Everything was perfect for our stay and requirements. We would have preferred Air conditioning working but I think all the hotels switch off Air conditioning from mid September. But Staff happily provided us with Stand alone Fan to meet our requirements. Breakfast was limited selection but everything was Fresh and of best quality. All Staff (Aarsh, Gianluca, Silvio, Josh and short lady at Breakfast) were always smiling, wonderful and happy to help. Our room was clean and spacious.

Great room, close to train...

Liked: The room was finished well and the washroom was great. Great location for the train station.
Disliked: There was no one on reception when checking out and nearly missed our bus, the was also a beeping all night that was annoying.
