Disliked: Very thin walls, you can hear all the parties outside the window, neighbors and how they start cleaning the rooms in the morning. Instead of a duvet cover there were two sheets.

Nice place, not so nice...

Liked: From check-in untill almost the whole stay it was nice, although the beds might be one of the worst in EU I’ve slept in. Hard mattresses, flat rough pillows and thin blankets. Eventhough there are already extra in the room. They ask you for the time you would like breakfast, so we “booked” for 9.30. Two days in a row no scrambled eggs which also couldn’t be made anymore. Okay boiled eggs it is. Mind you, the eggs are litteraly the only thing that is freshly made and warm besides coffee. Then on check-out day after half an hour around 10 o’clock we got offered they would be made but we already ate and had to shower & pack for the check-out at 11. To my surprise the hotel send a message around 10.20 when we were still in the room saying they had problems with our payement (which was made 3 weeks upon arrival) and cancelled our booking? Why?! When I asked at the desk why, we got a very diversive and honestly rude dishonest reaction. Wish this wouldn’t have happened because the rest of the staff was so nice.

Eco Friendly Hotel

Liked: Eco friendly type hotel which is close to Milan Central train Station and to trams as well as buses.will recommend this type of hotel.
Disliked: The TV is smart type but it does configured to be linked to either WiFi nor to our phones.We had no Internet for a day that creat unusual feeling.

Disliked: Bit of a low class area which was a bit dirty and graffiti everywhere
