Liked: Clean and modern hotel in a quiet area not on a main street. 10 minute walk from the train station and express buses to both airports. Very kind and accommodating staff.

The kind and attentive staff...

Liked: Biocity is a lovely place to stay in many ways but one of the best things about it is the exemplary staff. I was travelling on my own for a medical appointment and all of the staff, in particular Silvio could not have been more helpful and welcoming. They helped me sort out some confusion with the booking, and were kind and helpful above and beyond what one would expect of hotel staff these days. The hotel is good value and handy for the central station but the staff are the reason I will stay there again.
