Liked: Good location , staff on the whole very pleasant.
Disliked: Booked a river view room. Given top floor room with a concrete wall obscuring the view of the river. Toiletries in thick heavy glass bottles. Not overly practical. The hotel could do with new carpets and fresh lick of paint. All feels bit grubby.

Liked: - Staff are very welcoming and helpful- The location is perfect- Breakfast was delicious- We always stay at the Bingham when we are in the UK.

Absolutely gorgeous stay at surely...

Liked: It is a beautiful building and location and was especially lovely because it was decorated for Christmas when we visited (13 December). We actually didn’t use the bar or restaurant but they both looked amazing. Such a gorgeous atmosphere too. The staff were so smiley and helpful and Troy in particular was amazing.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Food was absolutely delicious, especially Sunday lunch and breakfasts. Rooms comfortable, service excellent. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Lovely place to meet up with lovely friends.

Lack of accessibility, inconvenient parking...

Liked: Tidy.
Disliked: No accessibility - there were no lifts.No soundproofing - I could hear the neighbours having fun all the time.Inconvenient parking - I had to drag my case around.
