Liked: A comfortable up market restaurant with rooms which were well appointed with a number of thoughtful extras. Hot breakfast items were all freshly cooked and served promptly. The quality of the Rugby lunch we attended before England v Australia was excellent.
Disliked: Food and Beverage prices are definitely on the high side, but in line with the upmarket feel of the property and its location. Room service on Sunday was a little slow.

Liked: Staff, river view, access to river walks… location, proximity to Richmond centre… ability to walk along the river to restaurants and shops… food, bedroom was gorgeous… loved the copper bath in the bay window…
Disliked: We didn’t like the bedroom lighting… very dim and we didn’t like the centralised switch for the bedside lights… either both were on or both were off…
