Lovely well located boutique hotel...

Liked: Lovely boutique hotel, by the river, walking distance from the station and the park. Lots of cafes nearby. Great breakfast. My room was small but cosy with everything I needed. Lovely bar too.
Disliked: Small point: windows a bit old, so might be noise in summer, but that's only a guess.

Liked: Super cosy stay, right on the river. Amazing breakfast. Super friendly staff they went above and beyond. Stayed here for NYE’s, amazing party downstairs, lovely dining area upstairs. Bedroom was amazing, great copper bath tub. Was the perfect NYE stay.

Liked: The staff were amazing, especially Troy. He was so friendly, professional and helpful. He is exactly the kind of person you want working at a hotel you're staying at to make your experience even better. The location is amazing, it's right on the river front but also really easy to walk anywhere in Richmond. The rooms are more spacious than I expected and really comfortable, the food was also quite good and so overall made for a lovely stay.
Disliked: Additional service charges are added at every single point, including on top of £250 tasting menu which felt a little excessive. Charging £10 extra for 2 coffees at breakfast is also a little ridiculous given breakfast is included. Although the hotel was really lovely all the extras made it overall feel less value for what was paid.
