Liked: Characterful hotel with great amenities.Variety of eating options and locations.Helpful staff.Comfortable junior suite with just sufficient space and comfortable bed.
Disliked: We liked it all but felt one or two tiny things needed attention e.g. bathroom basin could not be plugged properly (to facilitate filling for shaving). A little more space/shelving for wash/cosmetic bags was required too and a shower curtain is never preferable to a screen… a case of style over substance perhaps?The floor we were on could not be reached by customer elevator so required using valet or service elevator. Mandatory taxes and charges add a significant amount to bills so its questionable whether room was VFM but location/history/facilities cost a premium.

Liked: Fairways was a great breakfast spot. Loved the Christmas trees and Christmas vibe.

Disliked: Food mediocre at best not good value,pool sitting area is insufficient and inadequate. RESORT FEE CHARGED DESPITE GYM BEING REMODELED ! WHICH WAS NOT DISCLOSED ANYWHERE PRIOR TO BOOKING! OVERALL VERY DISAPPOINTING. EXPECTED MUCH MORE FROM THIS WANNA BE WASHED OUT NOT LUXURY HOTEL
