Superb

Liked: Very comfortable and clean room. The tv didn't work in our room so we were moved to another room and given a £60 refund. I thought this was excellent customer service .
Disliked: There were no toiletries and the tv didn't work in our original room. However, this was quickly rectified by the staff so it didn't affect our stay.
