Bad

Disliked: Are room was dirty, had pee stains on the sheets had no soap. Shampoo or conditioner called the front desk twice to get items brought to room and have sheets changed. They only brought conditioner. Our neighbors had dogs in their room and barked for 2 hours straight and didn't do anything about it. Could hear everything in the other rooms from loud TV to people talking. The water slides got turned off, so we couldn't enjoy the pool area. Was not happy about this stay or the service .

Disliked: So, I have never written a bad review in my life. I booked at the hotel for two nights at 200$ a night. I was not able to make it on the first night, which was Friday, due to my best friends mother passing away. I called the hotel and let them know that I would not be there the first night and maybe they could give me a refund for that night. They said no, and I understood that because of the short notice. I booked this place through Booking.com. I show up Saturday to check in, and they tell me that I have no room and I still need to pay for the two nigjts!!! So they double booked my room and still made me pay for the two nights. On top of all of that, I had to pay for an additional night that I already paid for. So for one night I had to spend 550$ to come watch my don play baseball. The rooms are gross, there had to be at least 6 holes in the wall with bad patch jobs, and the lamp shades all had yellow stains on them. I am beyond disappointed, and people and businesses need to start doing better. Thank you for ripping a single dad of two off so bad that now I'm going to have a hard time to make ends meet this week.

Disliked: they gave me the same key to a room as another person and luckily they weren’t in there when we opened the door , then i got discourgarged by the front desk for wearing a hoodie over my swimsuit 10 minutes after pool closed for being “inappropriate”

Liked: The slides are fun but the chlorine levels are very high.
Disliked: The rooms are not clean. The property has potential but it’s just not on par with other hotels in Billings given the price. We ended up booking another hotel and moving to it.
