Disliked: Location, it was difficult to find, construction noises were concerning. The bed covers did not smell clean

Liked: The lobby was very inviting and the staff was amazing!
Disliked: The room wasn’t very clean, the bathrooms around the hotel had a horrible smell and the construction made navigating the parking lot a bit of a chore.

Disappointing

Liked: Check in was easy.
Disliked: Non complimentary breakfast was sub-par. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Doors slamming throughout the night because doors do not open or close easily. The hotel was very run down.

Poor

Liked: The pool should have longer hours so adults are able to relax after a long day. staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.
Disliked: The price was high. Facilities closed to early for adults to be able to enjoy them. Why not keep the pool open with the. Same hours as your bar. Until 2am. That would be exceptional. I would consider staying at there again if they took my advice.

Liked: The staff was respectful and very informative. The room was clean.
Disliked: The sheets were not fresh and the quality of the bed was very poor and uncomfortable.
