Liked: Delightful hotel with charming gardens, a good restaurant, lovely room and ensuite, nice fireplace lounge, a good spa and in a great location.
Disliked: Room cleaning was slightly erratic, otherwise nothing wrong.

Birthday night away

Liked: Gorgeous location and historical listed building. Outside and the interiors of the main house were quite special. Surrounding grounds were also well looked after and beautiful. We also enjoyed the complimentary use of the Spa facilities, free towels, and robes, plus Toilettries. We stayed in the barn, nicely decorated spacious room. Snacks and breakfast were lovely,but I was disappointed with the evening meal, plus no reasonable priced red wine. All staff were very,very friendly, helpful, and warm in their interactions. However, it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Disliked: Rooms weren't ready for check-in and we had a bit of a wait. Got cold in the barn rooms during the night

Liked: Absolutely stunning hotel. The whole setting was fabulous.
Disliked: The only negative I have, was I ordered room service and it took an hour to come. But apart from that the stay was lovely
