Liked: nice spa place, small swimming pool but ok for an hotel. surrounded by nature. very nice food at the restaurant
Disliked: everything was fine until one very rude male worker at the desk answered very unpolitely to us. that is a pity since it made the whole stay in Vaalsbroek a little bit pleasant. there was a lack of enpathy and cross cultural communication with this guy and us, international guests.and nowadays, we should all avoid these kind of situations, letting people of other countries different from ours feeling bad. he could just have solved that with more politeness and humility

Nice stay in a remote...

Liked: I liked the fact that the room was very clean and the hotel was in a remote location.
Disliked: I didn’t like the gym…it was poor equipped.

Liked: The hotel is located in a beautiful area in Limburg, with lots of hiking paths around.
