It was ok but the...

Liked: The location was nice and the breakfast buffet was good and had a big variety. There were nice hiking trails in the area.My main problem was that they advertised that they have a jacuzzi/hottub in the spa but there wasn't one and for me it's false advertising. There was a niche in the swimming pool that had bubbles every 10 minutes. That is absolutely not a hot tub!The ventilation in the room could also be better.

Excellent hotel in the Heuvelland

Liked: Excellent hotel in great environment.Rooms are comfortable, beds are great.Nice little wellness area with no extra charge. Breakfast was good but busy.We were offered a later check-out time which was great.
Disliked: We booked the ‘castle dinner’ instead of eating at the hotel restaurant. The food was average, with a poor wine selection. Not possible to order sides (like fries). Although staff tried their best we were disappointed with the level of quality presented.Hotel food and drinks (also in the cafe area) is overpriced.
