Liked: The hotel was very nice, beyond our expectations. The staff were very helpful.
Disliked: No breakfast was included and it was expensive at the hotel so we walked a few blocks and had a wonderful breakfast at a local cafe.

Overall a really nice property...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, the room was very comfortable and the location was really nice and quiet. we enjoyed the neighborhood that the hotel was located within with several shopping locations and great restaurant offerings.
Disliked: The check in process was clunky as the front desk staffer was clueless. She provided no information about the property, the breakfast or other food offering or any worthwhile details at all. She was obviously not very well trained or just disinterested in her assignment. Luckily the following morning our interaction was not with her and another well informed staff person.

Liked: The people make up the property. The staff were exceptional and truly made me feel welcome. The facility was a 100% (it might have been 101% 😀 if the shampoo dispenser was working properly—but alas something has to give). I will definitely come back to Bilderberg when next I visit Amsterdam. And I would recommend this hotel for everyone.
Disliked: Nothing really bad. Other than the fact that the temperature in the room only goes up to 22C and I felt a bit cold.

Liked: The position was very good. Quiet area.Love the soaps from rituals.Staff friendly and reception always open.
Disliked: Bed a bit uncomfortable, few pillows, no minibar. Door of the bathroom doesn't close properly, thus there is no privacy. Carpet needs renovation.They fork for the Rental bike and half day rental no possible. I find 18 euro too expensive.There is a paid breakfast also too expensive.I had to pay a fee (almost 4euro per night per person) for some sustainability practice policy, which i found quite unfair. It sum up to 15 euro extra on my stay of 2 days.Overall the extras are too expensive. Needs some flexibility.
